Hussain came to our apartment today to check some issues we have with mold. Upon checking everything he saw shocking things my building maintenance didn’t see and cannot be bothered to check. He is very very knowledgeable and really explain everything in detail. Gave lot of advices and recommendations and the best part, he comes back for follow up. Really recommend! Thanks again!
Hussain from Judux visited our apartment for free mold inspection and I was highly impressed by the expert knowledge he had on mold remedy. Not only did he inform us about the root cause of the mold (which other mold agencies could not), but he also suggested us quick remedial measures for mold remedy. The team from Judux was super professional from the inspection to the actual cleaning of the Mold from my apartment in Beach Vista. The guys made an extraordinary work and removed ALL the mold from the entire apartment! I mean everywhere! From the AC to the walls and inside the cabins. Fantastic free inspection conducted by Hussain who provided detailed verbal commentary and feedback before leaving; I await the formal quote from company for remedial services. My apartment is 20 years old and lack of owner care and preventative maintenance and enforcing of previous tenants to do annual aircon cleaning has led to very high mould readings in specific areas of the apartment … pls check your properties regularly… owners should be liable for this aspect of the property maintenance and should be forced to have annual maintenance contracts ; tenants pay rent and understand this is part of their rental costs … health risks are too high when it comes to mould.
